Biscom and Xerox: Integration in Action A global credit card company uses FAXCOM Servers for fax communications between nine processing centers around the world. These FAXCOM fax servers are integrated with Xerox WorkCentre MFP devices. Users can scan hardcopy documents at the WorkCentre, fax these out through the FAXCOM Fax Server, or email these to their own email mailbox. Biscom's MFP integration allows this customer to support faxing of hardcopy documents through the FAXCOM fax server, fully realizing its benefits as a shared network resource. Did you know Biscom provides software that integrates FAXCOM Servers with FileNet applications? Many organizations want to be able to receive faxes directly into document repositories or workflow processes. Users with large databases of documents want the ability to select documents from the repository and fax them out directly from the document management application. for Domino with New Fax
Form, Multi-Threading for Domino R6 Biscom has updated its FAXCOM for Domino product to include an updated fax form for sending faxes in Lotus Domino R6. The new version also provides integration with Biscom's multithreaded FAXCOM queue. FAXCOM for Domino was built on a Notes database and therefore provides very tight integration with the Lotus Domino environment.
