Sales Executive - FAXCOM Anywhere

Excellent opportunity at a well established company selling a "state of the art" digital technology in a high growth, emerging market for business communications. The position offers salary and benefits, a no-cap commission plan, 30 day sales cycle, 8:30AM-5:30PM hours, no travel, simple commute to Chelmsford at Rt 495/Rt 3 and training.

The digital fax hosting service market is experiencing annual sales growth of over 40%. We are looking for energetic, qualified inside sales candidates to become part of the fastest growing division of our company, Biscom, established since 1986 as a leading document solution provider to Enterprise organizations.

Biscom, Inc is focused on the B2B market segment for desk-top, fax hosted services. Last year, our division achieved over 300% growth and we are looking for high energy, results driven inside sales people for our expanding B2B Sales Team. The candidate will generate leads via cold calling; answer inbound leads directed from the website, and close new accounts. This is an ideal position for the sales professional seeking to balance an aggressive sales opportunity for earnings with a no-travel sales position in a location 25 miles North of Boston (Chelmsford).

Job Requirements:

This position requires a minimum of 2-3 years of successful Inside Sales experience with outbound telesales and on-line demonstrations to SMB and Enterprise organizations.

The successful candidate will possess the following capabilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle (prospecting, qualifying targets / closing deals)
  • Experience managing a pipeline (sales cycle start-to-close of anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months)
  • Background in solution selling
  • Develop new relationships with customers
  • Phone sales (including outgoing email) experience
  • Technical competence and aptitude
  • Excellent follow-up skills, with high level multi-tasking skills and attention to detail
  • A self-driven fast learner
  • Bachelors degree
  • Solid listening and verbal communication skills  
  • Success in selling technology products or services

This opportunity is located in Chelmsford, Massachusetts.
 
Compensation:

We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package. Salary range is based on experience, plus commissions.

Software Engineer

The Software Engineer will develop, modify and maintain the company’s existing fax server products and will develop software that can be used and/or ported to multiple operating systems including Windows and Linux. He/she must be able to develop both non-web-based and web-based software applications. The engineer must be able to quickly understand the functionality and algorithms of exiting company software products and be able to apply that understanding to create new product functionality and new algorithms for company software products. He/she must be capable of planning and executing to check that code developed functions properly. Requires M.S. in Computer Science. Hours 40/wk, 9AM-5 PM
