Our Biscom Hosted Fax Service makes it easy to use your desktop computer to send, receive, and manage your faxes. Sending a fax is as easy as sending an email. In fact, it's exactly the same. You address the email to the recipient and his/her fax number at our fax hosting email address. If you have attachments, add them as you normally would to an email. You don't have to worry about file format. Our software converts most standard file types, including Word, Excel, popular Lotus files, and even HTML files, to the necessary format for you.
Receiving faxes works in a similar fashion. Faxes appear as searchable PDF attachments in your email box. You can send, receive, view, and alter faxes, and then fax them to another recipient without printing a hard copy, cutting down on paper usage and clutter.
