We offer several tools to help make keeping track of your faxes easier. First, the Enterprise version of our hosted fax service enables customers to select Advanced Fax Routing as one of their software choices.

Advanced Fax Routing enables you to create a rules-based Workflow application that sorts incoming faxes according to your rules. With this software tool, you can do such things as have faxes sent to a different account when that user is out of the office, have faxes sorted into the appropriate locations automatically on receipt, and split faxes into several different delivery paths based on which page belongs in which place.

Biscom's Enterprise faxing service also enables you to integrate our software with yours, including such software as your email client, Microsoft Management Console, and LDAP. You can also integrate Biscom's software with your own software, including web 2.0 applications.

Desktop Fax Software Makes Sending a Fax the same as Sending an Email

These options are in addition to the ease with which you can use your desktop software to send and receive faxes. Whether you use the Biscom Hosted Fax Service or our onsite fax servers, faxes can be sent and received through your email client or favorite Web browser.
