Biscom Offers the Industry’s Enterprise Fax Server
Biscom's enterprise fax servers have been the staple of enterprise-level faxing for over 20 years. Our fax servers are available with Windows or Linux software and integrate with popular office software to streamline the document flow coming into your business.
Biscom's Linux Fax Server
Our Linux servers work with the FAXCOM Queue and SMTP Gateway to enable you to customize several aspects of fax routing, labeling, and notification. The FAXCOM Queue integration enables you to set delivery times for faxes in non-peak hours to better control fax traffic. You can also schedule retries for failed deliveries. With the SMTP Gateway you can set up notifications to send an email to the fax sender when a fax is delivered successfully, when the server encountered an error, or when the delivery failed.
Biscom's Windows Fax Server
Biscom's Windows servers integrate with Office, SharePoint, AD Group Policy, Exchange, and other Microsoft programs. This integration enables you to use your existing user lists for fax permissions. You can also remotely manage your fax servers from within the Microsoft Management Console. Our Windows servers also make faxing easier for users. Users can have their faxes sent to their email inbox as PDFs or TIFF files. You can also have the server automatically quarantine spam faxes for you.
Biscom's fax servers can be used with analog phone lines, T1 lines, and T.38-compatible VoIP services. If you don't want to install fax servers onsite, you can also use our software to integrate our hosted fax servers with your software. Biscom's Hosted Fax Service for Enterprise or Office gives you all the benefits of our fax server integration without the costs associated with the upkeep of fax hardware.
