Together, SER and Biscom will offer customers a secure way to send, receive, categorize and access vast repositories of mission-critical documents.

With the strategic partnership agreement, Biscom will integrate SERdistiller^TM, an automated document capture and data collection technology, and SERsynergy^TM, an electronic document storage and retrieval platform, into its marketing endeavors. SERdistiller and SERsynergy are both powered by SERbrainware^TM, software specifically designed to analyze and understand the meaning, context and content of information in any format.

This partnership will also aid SER in globally marketing its other core business software offerings. These include SERiMail^TM, intelligent technology that reads, analyzes, and responds to emails with human-like intelligence; SERglobalbrain^TM, a personal knowledge management and access application; and SERprocess^TM, a workflow system capable of making decisions based on prior experience and content.

The agreement also calls for SER Solutions to add Biscom's products to its own marketing efforts. These include FAXCOM® Server 5.1, the most recent addition to Biscom's family of proven, reliable fax server solutions, as well as ConServR, a conversion engine that converts Windows^TMfiles into formats for messaging, viewing, and archiving. FAXCOM Server 5.1 is available as a turnkey system and as FAXCOM SE, a software edition of the system.
