Biscom's New Fax Software Provides
Even Greater Integration with Microsoft Exchange
New Version of FAXCOM for Exchange Announced
at TechX/PC Expo 2002
Chelmsford, MA (June 25, 2002) - At the
TECHX/PC EXPO 2002 show today Biscom, a leading provider
of enterprise fax management solutions, introduced the
newest version of its proven FAXCOM for Exchange fax
software solution. The new product offers users improved
workflow capabilities and enhanced installation options.
The new version of FAXCOM for Exchange integrates with
JobTracking, a software module that monitors
inbound faxes to their intended recipient and alerts
system administrators by SNMP, email, printer, pager
and/or cell phone if a fax fails to reach the recipient's
Exchange Inbox. JobTracking also stores fax activity
in a database, creating an archive that makes it easy
for administrators to monitor fax traffic.
"Our latest version of FAXCOM for Exchange further
enhances the features from previous releases of this
product, and includes new improvements that will enable
our customers to more efficiently manage fax traffic,"

The improved fax form included in this version of FAXCOM
for Exchange is not only a fax addressing template,
but also enables users to specify such additional parameters
as whether or not to include a cover page, failed fax
notification options and fax scheduling options. With
the new comprehensive fax form users can more quickly
address, specify options and send faxes.
The FAXCOM for Exchange helps users get up and running
more quickly by automatically detecting whether the
target system is running Microsoft Exchange 5.5 or 2000,
and installs the appropriate configuration.
