Chelmsford, MA – November 11 2003 –Biscom (www.biscom.com) a major supplier of network fax systems, today announced the signing of a strategic partnership with INSCI, Inc. (OTCBB:INSS), a provider of enterprise content management (ECM) systems. INSCI, which is based in Westborough, MA, will offer Biscom’s line of fax servers in support of its industry-leading ECM offerings. It will also provide Biscom with increased distribution and access to INSCI’s worldwide client base.
Biscom’s FAXCOM system provides automated fax capture, workflow and delivery functions. Combined with INSCI’s ESP+® Solutions Suite, fax information delivery will be integrated with ECM workflow via multiple channels—immediately routed for processing, made available throughout the organization for online access, or viewed from a corporate Web portal. Fax correspondence can also be redistributed via e-mail, or again via fax, to remote employees, vendors, or if appropriate, to end consumers.
