Biscom Announces New India Office

 

Chelmsford, MA, August 15, 2006 – Biscom Inc., a leading provider of enterprise fax and secure document delivery solutions, has announced a new office in Mumbai, India. This new office will provide sales and customer service to India and the Middle East.

“Biscom’s customer base has grown considerably the past 20 years, and it has become important for us to have a regional presence to better support our international customers,” said S.K. Ho, founder and CEO of Biscom.

BiscomIndia Pvt Ltd will provide sales and support for several of Biscom’s product lines, including WebEyeAlert video surveillance solutions, the FAXCOM Anywhere hosted fax service, FAXCOM Server for enterprise fax management, and FileMarshal for secure email and file delivery.

Founded in 1986 by S.K. Ho, formerly the Director of Engineering at Wang Laboratories, Biscom pioneered the fax server and host computer integration marketplaces. Biscom has provided many of the world's largest organizations with enterprise communications solutions, most notably its award-winning FAXCOM enterprise fax management solutions.
