Biscom Announces Patent Assignment
Agreement with Canon, Inc.

 


Chelmsford, MA - July 18, 2007 – Biscom Inc., a leading provider of enterprise fax and managed file transfer solutions, today announced a patent assignment agreement with Canon, Inc., a Fortune Global 500 company.

The assignment agreement covers patents which reference a “communications device with remote device identifier recognition and transmission in accordance with the recognized identifier.” The intellectual property within these patents combines fax transmission and email delivery in a single communications device.
