These grouping features make it easier for administrators to manage their fax numbers, fax users and how their fax traffic is sent and received.
FAXCOM Anywhere now allows administrators to create groups of users. These groups can then be assigned to a single fax number so that any fax received to that number is received by all group members. Unused fax numbers can also be assigned to a pool, allowing them to be assigned to individual users or groups at a later time as required.
These grouping features provide a number of essential benefits to FAXCOM Anywhere customers. Most obvious is the ability to receive a single fax to multiple users with a single fax number, greatly simplifying the faxing process. As well, this feature allows group members to better coordinate their activities as all of them automatically receive the same faxes.
