Fax Integration for Siebel

The FAXCOM® Server application can be used to integrate with Siebel CRM systems. This application integration is accomplished using Biscom's FAXCOM for SMTP fax gateway in Biscom's FAXCOM Suite for Windows application and using development tools provided by Siebel.

A request to send a fax containing documents that originate from the Siebel environment is transmitted through Siebel’s SMTP fax gateway. The SMTP mail message is then sent to the FAXCOM Suite for Windows Fax Queue. The Fax Queue submits the fax job to the FAXCOM Server for transmission. A completion status, indicating if the fax was successful or unsuccessful, is returned via SMTP.
