The FAXCOM Server application can be used to integrate with Siebel CRM systems. This application integration is accomplished using Biscom's FAXCOM for SMTP fax gateway, and using development tools provided by Siebel.

A request to send a fax containing documents that originate from the Siebel environment is transmitted through Siebel’s SMTP gateway. The SMTP mail message is then sent to the FAXCOM for SMTP Fax Queue. The SMTP Fax Queue submits the fax job to the FAXCOM Server for transmission. A completion status, indicating if the fax was successful or unsuccessful, is returned via SMTP.
