Automated Secure File Transfer
Many companies have existing processes or applications that need to deliver files internally or to external parties. Typically, these applications use FTP or email to deliver these files, although some still print these documents which are then mailed out. Today's regulatory environment has made many of these delivery methods insufficiently secure for compliance.
AutoPost
AutoPost is a utility designed to scan multiple folders and upload any files to BDS and deliver them to a list of recipients. All delivery parameters, including recipients, messages, notification options, and expiration, can be pre-set through an envelope or default configuration files defined in each envelope.
AutoFetch
AutoFetch is the complement to AutoPost, and is designed to automatically download any unread deliveries found in a user's BDS inbox.
Scheduling
Both AutoPost and AutoFetch run on Windows operating systems, and are compatible with Windows Scheduler. Scheduling can be at regular intervals, specific dates and times of the week, or posting and fetching can be initiated on-demand. These utilities can be run both as a command-line version as well as a graphical user interface.
