Getting to know Ms. Laurie Azaria Klausner

Expanding its executive team, Biscom recently appointed Laurie Azaria Klausner as the Vice President of Marketing. Ms. Klausner is responsible for driving all aspects of Biscom’s worldwide marketing strategy. She’s focused on the development and execution of Biscom’s go-to-market strategy including online marketing, marketing programs and corporate communications.

Laurie brings expertise to Biscom in global marketing programs and has a deep understanding of the strategy needed to successfully implement organizational initiatives. Laurie holds a
B.A. degree in English from Tulane University and a M.S. degree in Marketing Analytics from Bentley College.

few questions! 

Question: Can you describe your key objective at Biscom in 15 words or less?

Laurie’s answer: Have a delighted sales team.  When that happens, I’m doing
my job. 


Question: What do you love most about Biscom? 

Laurie’s answer: It’s only been three weeks but I am amazed by the intelligence of the team.  I’m shocked (in a good way) by the longevity of team members here. 


Question: Why did you join Biscom?

Laurie’s answer: I had a visceral feeling while interviewing at Biscom that it would be a terrific company.  It’s a great mix of trusted, proven solutions and product innovation and that makes for great marketing fun. 


Question: What’s your best experience in life or business thus far? 

Laurie’s answer: Nothing has yet topped travelling in Southeast Asia and the South Pacific for a year, but marketing multiple secure document delivery products is a close second!


Question: If you could, who would you trade jobs with and why?  

Laurie’s answer: I’d love to be a new flavor creator/tester for Ben & Jerry’s. 
Getting paid to eat ice cream?  Sounds pretty good to me. 


Question: Can you share one thing that not many people know
about you?

Laurie’s answer: I was on the air co-hosting a morning drive program at
a New Orleans radio station for 3 years.
