“The best career advice I’ve gotten is to stay focused and keep moving forward,” says Biscom Account Executive, Graham Covert—advice that has helped him reach his goals at Biscom. Graham has been a part of the Biscom family for a year and a half, helping companies discover the secure document delivery solutions that are right for their business needs.

During a typical day Graham spends time talking and emailing with current and prospective customers, showing them the functionality of Biscom Secure File Transfer and making sure they understand its unique power.

Graham says three career lessons he has learned include, “The importance of maintaining customer relationships by making sure they’re aware and engaged, not being afraid to move on and try again, and to learn something new every day, even if it’s small.”

“I love engaging with new people, clients and long time customers who are happy with our products and services,” explained Graham.

Along with Biscom’s award-winning support team, Graham plays a vital role maintaining long-term customer relationships. Graham describes himself as outgoing, driven and kind—all characteristics that help him in his role.

When he’s not in the office, Graham enjoys catching up on episodes of New Girl and Better Call Saul and noshing on chicken parmasean, the one meal he said he could eat every day. He also spends his spare time planning his travel bucket list including visits to Dubai, Australia and Jamaica.

Despite a deep desire for travel, Graham showed his altruistic nature when he shared how he would spend if he won the lottery. Rather than a Tesla or a ticket to Bali, he would pay off his family’s debt, including their mortgage.
