Troubleshooting with Bisom
Solution:
- Check admin mailbox of the right queue
- Check inbound routes to see where the fax went
- Check activity log of the queue to verify if the fax came in properly and to what account
If it was sent to the admin mailbox check the following:
- Is there a user for this fax number
- Check service log of the queue
- If there is a user or UNC path make sure you can log in to the user or access the UNC through the server
