Problem: Biscom Printer isn’t working inside CPS / Centricity. You click on print inside CPS but no UI shows up?

Solution: Make sure the Biscom Fax Printer is selected under Administration and Faxing then

Add this line: “BisFMPath= C:\Program Files\Biscom\Bin\faxcommanager.exe” in the EMR.ini file of the Centricity directory.
