Move to AWS

We’re excited to announce that we’re currently consolidating and migrating our cloud computing and telephony infrastructure to AWS! This move will enable us to provide even more scalability and high availability for our customers. Working closely with AWS and AWS premier partners, we’ve designed a well-architected, multi-account environment that provides the baseline of architecture, identity and access management, governance, data security, network design, and logging.

Biscom Version Release 11.0.3.56: Introducing Okta Integration 

In the latest FAXCOM release, we are excited to announce new functionality for customers to integrate third-party authentication vendors safely and efficiently. The first vendor integration supported by Biscom is Okta. In addition, in this release, we have implemented added Transport Layer Security (TLS) to our mailbox server component.
